  DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T EVEN BOTHER!
  
  The lady that works here is disgustingly rude, acts like a doctor and thinks she knows it all. I am pregnant and had my husband on the phone and was told I had to leave the store because my phone rang... this was the nicer part of my experience.

  Rude service. Went in after a product a dr had recommended - once they decided to acknowledge me, I was made to feel stupid with ‘do they even make that anymore??’ (I’d hope so after a DOCTOR recommended it, and ‘no, it’s not a high traffic product, we wouldn’t stock something like that.’
  
  Fair enough.......
  
  Chemist Warehouse just a short walk down the road knows about it, and stocks a range of it. And their service is lovely, helpful and friendly.

  Every single time I have been here, for two different doctors, the wait has always been an hour or more. It is completely unacceptable

  Possibly the rudest staff I have ever encountered.
  
  I was looking at a product (mainly deciding which brand to choose) and I was approached by an aggressive/rude woman demanding that she provide advice on which product to choose.
  
  I advised the woman I was okay and thanked her for the offer, when she rudely told me to leave as there were other people waiting... I was looking at a shelf and in no way, was I obstructing anyone or anything.
  
  When she saw my outrage, she quickly shuffled back behind the desk and continued to stare at me until I left.
  
  My advice would be not to spend a cent in this pharmacy. I only went there to support local business, rather than venturing down to the (much cheaper) local Chemist Warehouse.
